I have been trying to book a stay at the palazzo on points, the IHG website says that rooms are available for 50k per night, but when I go and try to book it, it comes up with an error that says the room or rate is no longer available, please modify your request. I called IHG and they can't book the room either.... I called twice just incase, the second time, the girl at IHG said for me to book and pay for the rooms and then call back and they will convert it to points nights. I haven't done so yet as you never get the same person on the phone again.

Anyone have this experience and / or has anyone paid for a night, then had IHG convert it to points?
