Both reservations have been upgraded to duplex suites.Check in in 1 week from now,so I will report back.
They're very ready to upgrade to duplexes, but once the novelty wears off the rooms just a bit boring and not terribly well arranged. For some reason they remind me of the duplexes at the IC Pyramid Resort in Cairo (RIP). Try for a room that has a view - far better.
