Since you're flying J and a DM, you are allowed 3 pieces at 32 kg each. There's no limit to the amount of bags you check....just as long as it doesn't go over 32 kg and you'll pay for the overage. If you go over by a couple kg, they NORMALLY let it slide. Depends on the agent.
I check in a lot of pieces; the most I ever did was 14. I know the drill quite well.
