As a disabled woman and flyer, I can tell you there is no option to request a cart. You can request wheelchair assistance (they push you in the wheelchair FYI) but count in extra time and a tip for the pusher since they are not part of the airline and make much less. One warning; I requested a wheelchair that never came so allow for a lot of extra time
