Trying to use my AA miles to go to Tibet (Lhasa) and Mongolia (Ulaanbaatar) next summer. I know AA doesn't fly to either place, nor does any other OW airline, but I was wondering if anyone has advice on which airports would be closest and cheapest to buy a quick hop over to each of these places.
