As an aside, have others found that Doha is one of the places where Uber is much more expensive than a taxi? Took a cab from hotel to museum and the return on Uber was almost double the cost. (Didn't help that the driver got slightly misled by his satnav. )

Obviously I understand the convenience factor... no local money needed, etc.
