So - if you setup your domestic ticket to have a normal connection (up to 24 hours) to the international - then all the taxes for both tickets including XG/SQ/CA etc - should compute as it were one journey. I have done this before but the agent did tell me that in 15 years of doing this- no customer had ever picked up on this or requested it. . . So - good luck.
