Witnessed a horrible suicide at Embassy Suites San Francisco this year. After a few phone calls corporate gave me a Be my Guest certificate good for 1 year. (Gee thanks) I am vacationing in Waikiki next July 2016, 5 days after this free room expires. Does anyone know or had them give a little break for expired free room as it will only be 5 days expired. and how to book room in advance with certificate
