I still haven't heard from anybody. I faxed the form Friday night and the only correspondence I've received was an email Monday saying that my account hasn't funded. I gave it another day, but now I guess I'll fax the firm again, but with 1 card only. I don't know if the reason it didn't go through is because of the 2 cards, or if there's another issue. I wish Citi would've given a more detailed explanation.
