Don't assume cabin load and product quality are mutually exclusive.
If you pick a J-heavy route where BA has real competition in terms of frequency and timings, exclude the load from big companies who have large presence in the destination city and with a good BA corporate deal, and exclude pax on reward tickets, I think that in quite a few cases the remaining load (call it 'pax who actively choose the product over others in an even playing field and pay for it with their own cash') would be slim.
E.g. SIN, SEA, DXB.
This doesn't slight BA in particular btw, it shows how competitive the market is for the 'real' pax. Though, there are few of those in the grand scheme of things, I suspect.
