No, my personal experience is...
They ran my first card (Chase freedom) twice, first raised
fraud alert and second was declined due to CA set to zero.
So I called them and gave them one of the BOA cards, and they ran that again
and everything was funded.
So even if the FIRST CC doesn't go, they will take another CC to fund your account.
