Although I understand some airlines have a 1-2-1 seat plan in business class, quite a few have a 2-3-2 arrangement which means unless you are seated in an aisle seat you will have to step over another passenger to get to the galley etc.

Is this a valid complaint considering lots of airlines business class products do not have direct aisle access?
