I've not seen any signs or other printed materia at any time. Opt out is now usually not a problem anymore, a few months ago I used to get some grief ("Oh, that's suspicious, why do you want to opt out? You have to tell me now!"), but complaining to the Marechaussee and asking for supervisors seems to have done the trick.
