I have GE. I'd like to get it for my wife before our late October trip to Europe. I don't think I'll be able to see the appointment calendar until after I submit the application. Has anyone seen a recent calendar for either of the Houston offices?

What I would really like to do is schedule it for IAH Terminal E office for the morning we leave on our trip so that she can use it upon reentry two weeks later. We live about 75 miles from Houston so that would save us a trip.
She flies maybe once a year or so and we are now going to Europe about every two years. I think it is worth the time and $$$ so that both of us can always use GE and get PRE. Just not sure if I can get it done in the next two months.

I've also heard of people just 'dropping by' and getting their interview. In fact, when I did mine a couple of years ago at the IAH office, two men walked in and asked if the agent could work them in and he said "sure! Just a few minutes."

Anyone see that very often?

If I can't get the GE for her, I might do the mobile app but I'd really like GE for both of us to beat the insane crowds exiting Customs at IAH.

I guess I could go through GE and she through the regular kiosks. Maybe I could slide her in to the GE Customs exit with me? (probably not.)
