I got through on the phone (was 28th in line). Nice but very tired sounding guy said they had no ETA on fixing, including inability to give proper discount at pump. I told him that I had miles expiring every day this week. He asked for my Giant number, cllicked a few keys and said he "made it so that entire balance looks like it was earned today," implying that he extended expiry by 30 days. I will verify, if and when they get back online, will continue to worry until then.
