Same here. Tried to pump at a shell yesterday and only received 10 cents off. I have a good chunk of points expiring soon. I was thinking what if the IT problem was done on purpose to keep people from using their points.
Happened to me last night in central CT. I called the points hotline just now and was number 37 in the queue, so obviously this is a big problem and people are complaining. I'll call again in an hour to see if the wait times have improved. If anyone gets through I'd appreciate a post describing the response from customer support.
