Question Buying int'l JAL flights from Japan on someone's behalf

So I'm trying to book some flights for obaasan to come visit the grandkids, on our dime. JAL has a good fare promotion on right now, but their website says that the credit card used to book must be in the passenger's name (unless JALCARD, which I don't have) and also warns that the passenger must physically bring the card when they travel.

This fare appears to be a jal.co.jp-only thing too, searches on eg. Rakuten Travel, H.I.S., Kayak.jp can only find fares that cost Y30k more. I did find it on a random third-party site ("Travelgenio"), but it has abysmal reviews and it's not priced in yen.

Any ideas? If all else fails we'll get her to call JAL or send her to the nearest JTB, but I'd really prefer to avoid this. She doesn't have a credit card of her own, and it appears that the JAL site won't accept her debit card.
