I can't say. The only other Accor hotel I have stayed at in Berlin is the Pullman (which indeed is next to the Interconti; this Sofitel is opposite the Swissotel).
The Sofitel Berlin Gendarmenmarkt isn't very convenient for me. Maybe next time I'll try it.
