The coffee place is right next to my hotel so it will be really convenient to get a cop of coffee in the morning. Anything specific I should go for and try?

Moving on, anyone know where the best place is to get Macadamia Nut pancakes?

Also, what other activities are recommended? I'm leaning towards water sports.

Thanks
The best banana macadamia nut pancakes (or just mac nut if you prefer) I have ever had are at Lulu's. It is on the corner of Kalakaua and Kapahulu, right beside Kapiolani Park, upstairs above the ABC. Fantasic views as it is an open air place right on the water, and the banana-mac pancakes are awesome. Get a half order as you get 4 HUGE pancakes in a regular size order. I have tried them pretty much everywhere on the island and nothing even comes close to Lulu's. Make sure you ask for the coconut syrup as well.
