I flew RDU-CVG earlier today. It was raining and thunderstorming off and on in the area today and we ended up boarding our flight at the scheduled departure time after the inbound aircraft had to vector around storm cells and got in late. Apparently the first passenger on board demanded to know why we were late when there was no weather.

Served him right that we ended up sitting for almost an hour on the tarmac when a thunderstorm passed directly overhead.
