I am going to fly from Medellin (MDE) to Sin Martiin (SXM) and i'd like to spend 2 days in PTY, so how would I book this? MDE to SXM with dates that include the 2 days in PTY, then call COPA to confirm or MDE to PTY, PTY to SXM and tell COPA I want to use the promotion?

If I book MDE to SXM this shows as a very long layover in PTY anyways, but not two days, and this is part of a more complex trip that does not necesarily include COPA in all connexions (LAX->BOG (BOG->MDE not flying) MDE->SXM->SAN) so i'm confused.

Anyone has used this before?
