IIRC the Lawson at T1 doesn't have much in the way of cooking supplies (though they have expanded recently, so they may still be worth another look). Other duty free shops certainly have soy sauce and wasabi, but for cooking, again not much beyond that.

Both T2 and T3 also have convenience stores pre-security.

I'm not sure if you have that much time to explore Narita city's AEON supermarket anyway, though that would be the closest place to look.
