Correct. Arriving from the States you are directed to the lower level and must negotiate the maze below the roadway. There are no signs downstairs with directions to the Hilton properties. I would happily correct my post if I had seen them. Looks like the escalator was non op anyways.

I do have "top" tier Diamond status. For what its worth the staff at the Sheraton was marginal and tv content very limited. The Hilton did have a better selection. Most important. Wifi was full strength.
