Well thats what I meant, some places have a CS center and a MC and if theres a MC center then thats where you need to go to take care of all financial transactions. The vast majority of places Ive been to have just 1 place which doubles as both the CS and MC and the 2 places that didnt have a MG printer said MOs were only via Kate and were both a CS & MC in 1.
My MC has both. I can get a up to $1k from the service desk or up to $500 from Kate. Kate does print her own mo's....just did this last week.
Data point...this is a super wally. my neighborhood wally took the kate out of the store about a month ago.
