Any issues with one-way tickets to Europe?

Hi all,

I'm booking a "do-it-yourself" RTW trip. It's on a combination of carriers on multiple PNRs.

When checking in for my first segments (SLC-AMS-CPH), will I encounter any issues with Delta seeing it as a one-way ticket and me not having a visa? My next segment (leaving the Schengen zone) is on a different PNR, and will fall within the allowable visa-free stay time. Is showing Delta my next PNR sufficient for them to allow boarding?
