Is there a 100 yen shop or small grocery at Narita airport?

I have a 4 hour layover at Narita next Feb. on the way home from a 2 week vacation in Sri Lanka. I'd like to replenish some of my basic packaged Japanese cooking ingredients, spices, and seasonings. I really don't want to clear immigration, leave the airport, and go into Narita shi for shopping.

Besides high priced designer and duty free stores is there a 100 yen shop and a small food/grocery store at NRT?
