CX did the same that all flights were shown "on time" prior to departure on the 8th and then turned "cancelled" when its time for departure. I'm not sure if passengers did get different answers from the airport announcement but it seems like it's the same as BR except not getting on the news.

My flight took off with delays of course but I have no complaint comparing with others. I did see many people stranded at the airport spending all night at Terminal 1 (non-BR terminal) so I'm assuming it's the same miscommunication from other airlines. An old man asked me for help to find vietnamese airlines saying that he's been there since the day before but the flight was once again postponed without a specific time and nobody was at the counter to assist. He then decided to buy from Vietjet that's actually checking people in at the time.

Yes, it was that bad at the airport and I do think there should be a standard process to avoid this again from all airlines.
