Barclay Arrival prorated annual fee refund question
Charged annual fee in March. Received $89 reversal from CSR in April as retention offer.

Received letter in mail about upcoming changes and how I have until November to cancel my card and get a prorated refund of annual fee.

If I take that option, will they be able to see that my annual fee was already refunded in April or will I still receive a refund for 7 months share of the annual fee?
