How to get my ISP (Google) classified as internet service for Ink bonus points?

I have Google fiber as my internet service provider at both my home and business. When I pay with my Chase Ink card I should be getting 4x UR points for internet service. It comes up as a "business service" as the classification so I do not get the bonus UR points.

How do I get Chase to reclassify this expense as internet service provider?
