So many smart people on here, yet nobody suggested for the OP to use Lyft!
Lyft provides the same service as Uber, yet on the way to Logan airport, it DOES NOT charge tolls or any other arbitrary surcharge! It only charges tolls when they are incurred. I took Lyft from the financial district and it cost me $10
