I've had an Iberia Plus account since February this year, and I am now trying to transfer some of my BA Execuitive points to Iberia using the Combine my Avios from the BA website. However, when I select my programme as Iberia Plus and enter my card and pin details, the BA tool doesnt recognise them. Has anyone else had similar problems?
