Travelers are refusing to show boarding cards at airport at protest at VAT savings not being past on.

(Shops require your boarding pass when you pay, travelers who are heading for destinations outside the EU are not charged VAT, so the shops deduct those sales from their VAT payments but don't pass the savings on to customers)
