It's kind of amazing how so many people still don't get OLCI even if it's just at your convenience sometime the night before or printing a BP at the kiosk if you're on the road and can't use a mobile BP so that you can go straight to the express bag drop line makes travel much, much simpler.

On a related note something that irritates the heck out of me is people who wait to be called up to the kiosk slowing everything down instead of going straight to an open one. Argh!!!!
