Your task is not to find out what others think of Firefly, but what others think of Firefly in Orlando. Painting any rental car company with a broad brush is rarely useful; obtaining experiences of others at a particular location, is priceless!
No way I'd ever rent from Firefly in Vegas, but I've not a clue how they do in Orlando, and I would not extrapolate my experience from one to the other... hopefully, someone with specific experience w Firefly in Orlando will chime in...
