I don't see any issues with the first bulkhead Row 23. Sat in there last year on AKL-LAX NZ2. As reference, I'm 1.8m and not exactly tiny, plenty of legroom (obviously) and was never disturbed/bumped by flight attendants or trolleys/carts being rolled up and down the aisle beside me. With rows 24 and back my feet tuck in nicely with the beanie to make a wedge to optimise the use of the tilt function - this did not work in row 23; my feet and beanie kelp slipping into the aisle was regularly clipped in the ankles/toes by passers by.
I am 183cm.
Don't get me wrong; I'd take row 23 middle in a heartbeat - it's just that I'd take row 24 in half a heartbeat given the choice.
