Neither had it for this route, other posters already explained the NH situation, and UA NEVER had premium economy, it is called Economy Plus, it is just up to 5 extra inches of legroom, same old Economy product. If you really want premium economy for this route, your only option is HA, which credit your miles to AA is your best option.
If you don't believe any of us (judging from your response), you can actually check on NH's website to see if you can find any premium economy on their 767, and certainly you won't find any premium economy on UA whatsoever ! Just don't come back and start a thread saying "I pay how much extra money for premium economy on both, but they don't exist at all, I want my money back !"
