Thank you. Sounds like that's the answer. I thought POS availability is based on origination of segment as I was making a date change while at JFK. Sounds like it is actually based on original point of purchase for any changes irrespective of when and where you make the change.
As EF only provides US and UK POS data, I guess there is no way to check other than calling CX.
