I am interested as to what information shows on reservations screens when you give your FF#. Obviously status, but what else? Can agents see total program mileage, YTD mileage, recent flights, etc. If I have been flying a particular flight every week for the last two months, can they see that?
Hopefully such information would make it more likely for the agent to bend the rules and make it easier to upgrade, especially when pushing the limits of the 24/48 hour window for upgrades.
