There's an airport hotel with day rooms at ICN, inside security. You could literally shuffle to your gate in a bathrobe, like Tony Soprano fetching the paper, if so inclined.

Seriously, there are times I want what a first class lounge offers, but more often, nothing beats a day room, especially meters from the gate.
