Log into your Hyatt account and click Account Detail > My Awards. Under "Hyatt Credit Card Free Night Awards", there will be an expiration date. It's roughly 1 year from when you met the min spend if I recall correctly. Either that or 1 year from when the statement closed in the month you met the min spend. However, the date will be there. If you cancel your reservation, then you will only retain the nights if that original expiration date has not passed.
