I believe the survey was done by the big flight attendants union [AFA] of a bunch of flight attendants. I read the
article in USAToday, but as you know, if it's in USAToday it's really just a snippet.
There are rude people everyone, but without fail the place I've been with the worst crowding for 'pre-boarding' is NY's LaGuardia. Sure, a lot of those people are elite but plenty just think way too much of themself

Haven't been through Newark in a year so dunno about it.
