CUSTOMER SERVICE - See customer care.


After reading some posts on here, I was thinking, has anyone noticed that "customer service" has disappeared from corporate speak? It is now a "caring" of the customer. Oh, and "fired" is now coming back - guess I won't be downsized this year.
