Yes there are more food options in the F lounge, but none of it is very good (except for the Haagen Dazs ice cream).
Food is much better at, for example, CX J lounges at HKIA.
I would not count on either of the OZ lounges for anything resembling a meal. Kind of surprising, because their food in-flight can be really excellent.
