Queue time to receive tax refund at Orly? (VAT)
I heard there's a wait to receive a VAT refund at the airport. My J flight to LHR departs at 10:45am on a Fri.

Since there are fewer flights to China from ORY, I suppose wait times will be better.

Any experiences, advice on when I should arrive at ORY?
