During the booking process (make sure you create an account first and select USD, if you don't fancy wasting 3 hours of your time), you will be shown a seat map, and MAYBE have the opportunity to a buy seat in the first two rows.
In my recent case, the good seats were already gone, so I just accepted what was offered at the airport (I could have paid small money to lock something else in, but didn't see any point in doing so).
