Not allowed to be on the seats from what I read. 30 minute turn-around for the next flight departure and no real seat cleaning is not a good scenario for the next set of passengers.

I'm uncertain if the walk mid-flight is within the rules.

I do have sympathy for the employees of UAL who have to manage the flying circus in the air. There is only so much they can do to control the behavior of humans and animals.
