I would have thought so, also, but the fee shown on UA website is $5.60 whether via ORD or YYZ.

And, regarding E+ on the way home, I'll just watch the seat map for the return flight. If it gets tight, I'll buy the E+, otherwise I'll just get the Silver upgrade at T-24 OLCI.

Anyone know what the E+ fee is now for AMS to IAH? I think it was $129 last year.
