I had a disappointing fish supper in Cromer a few years back. I expected better.
id say cooked in beef dripping , no skin or bones on the fish
they seem to be able to get it right in the north of england , unfortunately i live in the south , but weve been known to make the 3 hr drive just for thier fish n chips
id especially recommend the wetherby whaler small chain of restaurants around the york area , or whitby has some great places too
