If you have ESTA and have entered the US at least once with it then you can use the APC machines which can be quite quick. You may have to bypass a long line of people waiting for the standard entry. However One Stop, if open, might be better. It is on the right and often hidden by the line mentioned above. I don't think it has APC machines yet so you would need to fill in the paper form to use it. It means that you bypass the customs line. The connection would be reasonable with GE but is a bit chancy otherwise, with luck you will be land side in about 20 minutes and then it's just a matter of how long the TSA takes.
