Only for lower fare classes on the TATL (IIRC, V and higher gets seat included though maybe V is the highest that doesn't get it - can't remember), and I believe award tickets do get seat selection also. And unless things have changed recently, on the intra-EU segments, there are no advance seat selection, even if you are willing to pay, except maybe for HON.
